James Wharram Designs are unique double-canoe style sailing catamarans inspired by the canoe craft of the Pacific. James is a good friend and the pioneer of offshore multi-hulls. The Ocean is downhill from everywhere – take 3 pieces of rubbish with you when you leave the beach, waterway or anywhere, and you have made a difference.
The Rubbish Whisperer is a family business in Christchurch, NZ and emerged from their own desire to reduce rubbish. Their Mission: To continually develop and source alternatives to single-use plastics to reduce marine plastic pollution. Their ethics and values fit beautifully in with Ocean Spirit. They consider financial, environmental and ethical concerns to have equal value and donate 1% of sales to local environmental projects.
WhaleFest brings the world together to give marine life and our oceans a bigger voice. “From whales to dolphins, stingrays to starfish, our oceans provide us with air to breathe, water to drink and food to eat. It’s time we did away with plastics, pollution, captivity and extinction. It’s time to show the sea some love.”
